Q: Can I return or exchange an item I purchased?

All sales are final, due to the charitable nature of our store. If we make a mistake (like sending the wrong item or if it arrives damaged), contact us within 5 days and we’ll make it right.

Q: Do you offer shipping outside the U.S.?

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Yes! Choose local pickup at checkout. You’ll receive an email when your order is ready.

Yes, within a 20-mile radius of our store. Delivery fees are calculated at checkout.

Q: What types of items do you accept as donations?

We accept clean, gently used:

• Clothing (all ages)

• Shoes & Accessories

• Home Goods & Furniture

• Books, Toys, Small Electronics

We do not accept mattresses, broken items, large appliances, or anything with stains or odors.

At this time, we do not accept shipped donations. All donations must be made in person.
